Bay Way: S.Norfolk variation

This is pretty much it. I'm not sure how I'd draw a line on a google
map, because after leaving Oracle Pkwy (heading north) the route is
mainly on cycle paths until La Selva St. This untraceable part is
definitely the funnest part, and I'd be happy to describe it if
anybody is interested in trying it. There are a couple of fiddly
parts, which aren't very obvious. Kind of like the Bair Island
section.  I've not tried the Google variation for the Foster City
section, so I cannot compare with the S.Norfolk route. The Google
route looks like it could be more scenic, but S Norfolk St is a
reasonable cycling road. There's cycle path for much of it and
generally it's low traffic. Also, it's very direct.
